  2. RANC Officer Reports (15 minutes) :
    1. Officer introductions: Andres Jimenez (president), Marlene Arata (vice president), Mary McDonald (secretary), & Tom Hoffman (treasurer)
    2. Meeting rules of conduct, speaker time
    3. Adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting
    4. RNCC report
    5. Treasurer report:
      1. Membership & Expenses – ~170 active members, ~$340 annual operating costs (RNCC dues + PO box), additional operating expenses will need to be covered by dues (ie website, etc)
      2. Dues – proposal to adjust dues to $15 seniors, $20 households, $30 businesses. Current dues have not been updated in decades and the goal is to keep them accessible while also maintaining operating costs

      2. National Night set for Tuesday 8/4
    4. Curb Crew – survey the missing curbs. Speak to crew leader Gail if able to help
    5. Bylaws – council review, lawyer review, RNCC review, mail distribution
    6. Digitization in review – website, email, & zoom will be discussed in future meeting
  7. Community Events (4 minutes each)
    1. Dumpster Day – June 13 8am-12pm – ~8 volunteers needed
      1. For residents only – bring ID. No vehicles larger than a pickup truck
      2. line starts at Sutter/San Mateo – drive up from Placer or Santa Clara
      3. Monetary donations accepted, some money received from metal recycling
    2. Garden Party – Sunday June 14 10am-1pm – contact Marlene or Jessie
    3. Arhoolie Foundation Block Party – June 6 on Fresno Ave between San Pablo & Carlson, will have food, live music, and outdoor film screening
    4. National Night Out – Tuesday August 4
