  2. RANC Officer Reports (15 minutes) :
    1. Officer introductions: Andres Jimenez (president), Marlene Arata (vice president), Mary McDonald (secretary), & Tom Hoffman (treasurer)
    2. Welcome to new members
    3. Adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting
    4. RNCC report from Garland
    5. Treasurer report:
      1. Membership & Expenses – ~77 active members, income and expenses will be presented at the meeting.
      2. Dues – vote to adjust dues. Current dues have not been updated in decades and the goal is to keep them accessible while also maintaining operating costs and expanding to include a RANC website. The budget will be presented at the meeting.

    5. Digitization in review – website, email, & zoom still on docket. Call for expertise.
    6. Annex History Committee – contact Tom at the council email to join or if you have historical information and photos to share. All info is greatly appreciated.
    7. Beautification Committees
      1. Huntington Park – Successful Garden Party, to help support ongoing maintenance connect with Jessie or Marlene directly, or email the council
      2. Mendocino Park – Garden Party the third Saturday of each month, 10am-12:30, connect with Anita at [email protected] or email the council for more information.
