  2. RANC Officer Reports (15 minutes) :
    1. Officer introductions: Andres Jimenez (president), Marlene Arata (vice president), Mary McDonald (secretary), & Tom Hoffman (treasurer)
    2. Adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting
    3. RNCC report from Garland
    4. Treasurer report:
      1. Membership & Expenses – ~170 active members, ~$340 annual operating costs (RNCC dues + PO box), additional operating expenses will need to be covered by dues (ie website, etc)
      2. Dues – proposal to adjust dues at a following meeting. Current dues have not been updated in decades and the goal is to keep them accessible while also maintaining operating costs. Memberships will not be turned down by cost and a benefit fund is being considered to help neighbors wanting membership.

      1. Gas meter demonstration and Vulcan vent info with Don Thompson
      2. CERT trainings available in fall in Kensington and San Pablo
    3. Event Planning – propose supplement planning sessions

      2. National Night Out set for Tuesday 8/4
    4. Curb Crew – missing curbs in the Annex has been surveyed, results to be shared on screen
    5. Annex History Committee – contact Tom to join or if you have historical information and photos to share. All info is greatly appreciated.
    6. New committees – Call for committee leads based on interest sign ups
    7. Bylaws – council review, lawyer review, RNCC review, mail distribution –
    8. Digitization in review – website, email, & zoom still on docket. Call for expertise.
