    2. Event Planning – Block Party
      1. Block Party is Saturday 9/26 from 11am-3pm
      2. Share event planning updates and present proposed event budget
      3. Call to vote on approval of event budget
    3. Digitization
      1. Website is now up! Visit richmond-annex.org to see the most current info as it continues to get added. Please keep in mind the development is still in progress.
    4. Annex History Committee – contact Tom at the council email to join or if you have historical information and photos to share. All info is greatly appreciated. See the collection of historical information: Annex History Docs
    5. Beautification Committees
      1. Huntington Park – To help support ongoing maintenance connect with Jessie or Marlene directly, or email the council
      2. Mendocino Park – Connect with Anita at [email protected] or email the council for more information.
      3. Sound Walls – call to organize projects
    6. CERT – contact Chip at [email protected] for information and email sign-up.
    7. New committees – Call for committee leads based on interest sign ups

      1. National Night Out Block Parties in the Annex had great turn outs at S58th St, Mendocino Park, Columbia Ave, and Colusa Ave. Keep an eye out for next year.
