    2. Welcome to new members
    3. Adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting
    4. RNCC report from Garland
    5. Treasurer report
  3. City Reports (10 minutes each):
    1. Police Department: deferred to subsequent meeting
    2. City Council: deferred to subsequent meeting
    3. Community Department: deferred to subsequent meeting
    4. Planning Department: deferred to subsequent meeting
    5. Public Works: Will provide an update on ongoing capital improvement projects at the next meeting. Please share any topics or questions to give them ahead of time.
